You have been lied to about God.
Not by accident. Not by a few bad priests. By design, and for sixteen hundred years.
They handed you a creed and called it the faith. They handed you a hierarchy and called it the Church. They handed you a book, told you which parts you were allowed to read, and burned the rest. They told you to kneel, confess, obey, and fear. And when the questions came -- the ones that kept you awake, the ones you were ashamed to say out loud -- they called them pride. Doubt. Sin.
They were none of those things.
They were memory. They were the spark in you, waking up.
So if you have ever sat in a pew and felt the hollow at the center of it all -- this is for you. If you have read the Gospels and sensed a deeper river under the words that no sermon would touch -- this is for you. If you have looked at the cruelty of this world and refused to believe it was the best a loving God could do -- this is for you. If you were told "just have faith" when you asked an honest question -- this is for you.
You are not faithless. You are not broken. You are not alone.
You are awake. Welcome home.
